Visitation will be 5-8pm Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram and 10:00 until the 11:00am funeral service Wednesday at Southern Hills Baptist Church with interment at Terry Cemetery\ \ Following a long illness, Valker Pauline Thomas, 84 years old, beloved wife of William Thomas, went home to be with the Lord on November 26, 2007. She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by her children Wayne McMillan of Terry, Shirley Brown and husband Ronnie of Brandon, Rickey McMillan and wife Harriet of Terry, Danna Parker and husband Lonnie of Florence, Bobbie McMillan of Byram, Hilda Quick and husband Billy of Carthage, Wanda Caston and husband James of Carthage, Glynn Thomas of Ridgeland, Frankie Crouse and husband Mike of Gulfport, and Angie Thomas of Vicksburg, as well as 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents Oscar and Cora Bearden, sisters Lucille Bearden, Gladys Garvin and Marie Smith, and grandson Adam McMillan.\ \ Pauline was a long-standing member of Southern Hills Baptist Church in Jackson.
