Mr. Wayne McMillan, 60, went to be with the Lord on January 28, 2008 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab in Clinton. Visitation is 5-8pm Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Graveside services will be 10:30am Friday at Terry Cemetery.\ \ Wayne was a retired journeyman pipefitter-steamfitter, working with local union #681. He was a member of Wynndale Presbyterian Church. Wayne had lived in Hinds County since 1958, graduating from Byram High School in 1966. \ \ He is preceded in death by his father Dan McMillan and mother Pauline Thomas, loved wife for 30 years of William Thomas of Terry. He is survived by brother Rickey McMillan (Harriett) of Terry, sisters Shirley Brown (Ronnie) of Brandon, Danna Parker (Lonnie) of Florence, Bobbie McMillan of Byram, Frankie Crouse (Mike) of Gulfport, Angie Thomas of Vicksburg, as well as nieces & nephews.\ \ In lieu of flowers, Wayne requested memorials to be sent to Gideon's Bible Society to purchase Bibles.
