Rev. Timothy "Tim" Harvey Dortch

Reverend Timothy "Tim" Harvey Dortch, 48, of Richland, MS, went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday, May 24, 2014 at his home. Visitations will be Tuesday, May 27th from 5:00- 8:00 PM and Wednesday, May 28th from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM Funeral Service at Briar Hill Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Briar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Tim was Pastor at Good Hope Baptist Church in Camden, MS. He was also a missionary to the Dominican Republic and Haiti. He was instrumental in forming the non-profit organization, Hispaniola Mountain Ministries. Tim is survived by his wife of 25 years, Pam Dortch; daughter, Carlie Ann Kirchhoff and Son-in-law, Ryan Kirchhoff; parents, Harvey and Ruby Dortch of Richland; sister, Tammy Carroll of Richland and her children, Andrew Carroll and Matthew (Lauren) Carroll; and brother, Jason Dortch of Richland.
