Mr. Travis Stanley Henley

Travis Stanley Henley, 65, went home to be with the Lord Friday, November 21, 2014 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be Sunday, November 23rd from 5-8 PM at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence and Monday, November 24th from 9-10 AM at First Baptist Church of Florence with the Funeral Service beginning at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery in Mantee, MS. Mr. Henley was a member of First Baptist Church of Florence where he was an active Deacon and served in the Outreach and Benevolence Ministries. He had a heart for people and a compassion for the needy. He was a Gideon that loved his family. Mr. Henley was survived by his wife, Judy Henley of Florence, his father, Charles Henley of Harrisville; sons, Eddie (Vickie) Henley of Booneville, MS and Matt Henley of Florence; sister, Glenda Weems of Pensacola, FL; brother, Dan Henley of Harrisville; and 2 grandchildren, Olivia and Isaac Henley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to FBC of Florence toward the Food Pantry, Benevolence fund, or Brotherhood Community Building Projects.
