Mr. Walter David "Dave" Hobgood III

Walter David “Dave” Hobgood III, 74, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at University of MS Medical Center in Jackson. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Mr. Hobgood has lived in Richland for the last 21 years, moving from Memphis. He worked at an Assistant Pro Shop Manager at Pearl Municipal Golf Course. He enjoyed hunting and golf. Dave was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Rita Hobgood; and his sisters, Mary Jo Hill of Cochran, GA and Cay Hurt of Fort Smith, AR.
