Wanda Nix

\ Wanda Denise Nix, 57, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Crossgates River Oaks Hospital in Brandon. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, February 17 and 11am until the 1pm funeral service Saturday, February 18, all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.\ \ Mrs. Nix was a native of Jackson and graduated from Wingfield High School. She had worked in the insurance industry for 35 years, owning her own company, Truckers Professional Insurance. Wanda loved animals, enjoyed billiards and working in the yard.
