Wayne Gressett

Gerald Wayne Gressett, 64, passed away Monday, February 2, 2009 in Pearl. Graveside services will be 2pm Thursday, February 5, 2009 at Lakewood South.\ \ Mr. Gressett was born July 29, 1944 in Meridian but had lived in the Jackson area for over 40 years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and was owner/operator of Gressett Paint & Body Shop.\ \ Survivors include his wife Ruth Gribble Gressett; mother, Wilma R. Gressett; brother, Terry Gressett; mother-in-law, Myrtle Gribble; sons, Jeffery (Melissa) Harrington and William Channing Richardson; grandsons, Jeffery, Taylor and Ethan Harrington and Hunter Richardson;niece, Terra (Kirk) Stewart; nephew, Christopher Gressett; great niece and nephew, Taylor and Kirkum Stewart.\ \ Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Association.
