Mr. William "Bill" F. Christiansen

William "Bill" Frederick Christiansen, 75, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Mr. Christiansen was born in Pottawattamie, Iowa to the late Arthur John Christiansen and Thelma Wellman Christiansen. He moved to Terry, MS 25 years ago (1994) from Iowa. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to garden, fish, hunt and go camping—he loved nature. “Dad lived his way”. A service will be held at a later date in Iowa. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cora; three brothers, Dennis, Bob and Ron. Survivors include his children; Andy Christiansen (Lisa) of Council Bluffs, IA; Art Christiansen (Nicole) of Knoxville, IA and Liz Tierney (Jeff) of Council Buffs, IA; brothers, Larry Christiansen of Neola, IA and Phil Christiansen (Nellie) of Terry, MS; sisters, Betty Honz (Wayne) of Missouri Valley, IA and Bonnie Boughtan of Neola, IA; nine grandchildren and one great grandson.
