Mr. William "Bill" Wesley MacSorley Jr.

William “Bill” Wesley MacSorley, Jr. 84, passed away Friday, October 31, 2014 at home surrounded by his family. Mr. MacSorley was born in Bronx, New York on October 29, 1930. In his early years, he served in the Air Force Reserve and made Jackson/Terry, MS his home in 1964. He retired as Pressurize Vessell/ Boiler Inspector for Zuich and Kemper Insurance Co. His hobbies included boat racing, boating, working on cars and was a model boat builder. He is preceded in death by his parents: William W. and Edna MacSorley of Bronx, New York. Survivors include his wife of 36 years Brenda MacSorley; his children William W. MacSorley III, Joel L. MacSorley, and Mary M. MacSorley; his grandchildren W. Wesley MacSorley IV and Rainey E.
