Mr. William Frank Clegg

William Frank Clegg, 65, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at his home in Ridgeland, MS. There will be a graveside service at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery in Harrisville, MS. William was born to Frank Junior Clegg and Ruby Merle Kelly Clegg on May 08, 1955 in Okinowa, Japan. He was employed in HVAC maintenance for 43 years and was the owner of Clegg’s A/C. He was also employed with Jackson Public Schools for 11 years. He was a simple, hardworking man. If he wasn’t working, Bill was hunting. Though hunting was his favorite activity, he also enjoyed playing basketball and softball and was unbeatable at Yahtzee. Most of all, he loved his family. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Dennis Clegg and Tim Clegg. He is survived by his mother, Merle Kelly; sons, Dewayne Clegg and Justin Clegg, both of Raymond; sisters, Wanda Foster of Vicksburg, Marsha (Tony) Miller of Leoma, TN, and Pat (Brian) Hannah of Newport News, VA; and five grandchildren.
