William "Bill" F. Ogden, Sr.

William (Bill) Fredrick Ogden, Sr. passed away November 17, 2022.  He was 83 years old.  He was born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania to William Woods and Bessie J. Hart.  He will be laid to rest in his adopted home of Alabama, at Mount Hope Cemetery in Arley, Alabama.

Bill was a Financial Planner and retired Marine.  He enjoyed traveling the world with his wife and attending all of his grandchildren's sporting events.

He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Gwendolyn J. Estes Ogden, his children, Gwendolyn Denise Ogden Briggs(Spencer), William F. Ogden, Jr.(Jennifer), his grandchildren, Madalyn Alexis Ogden Hickman(Heath), and William Nicholas Ogden.  He is also survived by his sisters: Dorothy McLaughlin, Regina Heichel, Gretchen Pusch, Helen Willis, and Phyllis Crawford.
