Mrs. Wilma Ferguson Boatner

Mrs. Boatner, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 14, 2017 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. Wilma Boatner was born on June 5, 1931. She married the love of her life, Mr. James Lee Boatner on July 3, 1947. After raising five kids, Gary, Pam, Tim (Laurie), Amanda (Jimmy), and Candace, she went on to be an accomplished Nurse, Interior Designer, and Realtor. She had a very strong Christian Faith and loved the Lord. Leaving behind also is a string of grandkids and great grandkids. The suffering is over and the Joy begins as she enters her eternal life with those who she dearly missed. She is preceded in death by husband, James Boatner, daughter Pam Boatner Flanagan and grandson Brad Boatner. There will be no formal services. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s research or the Brad Boatner Scholarship Fund of Park Place Baptist Church, 5701 Hwy 80 East, Pearl, MS 39208
